Frequently Asked Questions

The best time to visit Meghalaya is October to April when the weather is pleasant and the skies are clear. The monsoon (June–September) brings heavy rainfall, making the waterfalls and root bridges spectacular, but trekking can be challenging. Our batches run in the winter and spring months for the best experience.
The trek involves climbing 3,500 steps (down and up) through lush forests. It's moderately challenging, suitable for those with basic fitness levels. We provide a local guide and take breaks along the way. The reward — the incredible double‑decker root bridge — is well worth the effort.
We provide a mix of hotels, homestays, and camps depending on the location — 2 nights in Shillong (hotel), 2 nights in Cherrapunji (hotel/homestay), and 1 night in Shnongpdeng/Dawki (camps). All accommodations are comfortable and chosen for their location and experience.
Pack light cotton clothes for the day, a jacket for cooler evenings, comfortable walking shoes for treks, swimwear for Krang Suri, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a raincoat (just in case). Don't forget your camera — the landscapes are stunning!
Book with a booking amount of ₹3,000 per person. The remaining amount is due 10 days before departure. Cancellation policy is shared at the time of booking. Contact our sales team for more details.
